1973 31 ft Sovereign Airsteam

In 1999  I converted the interior of a rear bath model Airstream .The rear bath was replaced  with a rear bed , and  a new center bath built with tub and Sealand traveler flush holding toilet. An all birch plywood paneled varnished interior, floor to ceiling was installed. The Formica cabinets were re-skinned in birch and trimmed in vg fir. Parquet wood floors were installed. Custom light fixtures were built to replace the overhead plastic lights. The renovation took us four months. The trailer was lived in on site in Sausalito until 2005.

26 ft Overlander 1964

We replaced the entire plywood floor and  over the new plywood birch ,installed a Plyboo  bamboo t&g floor . The walls and ceiling were reskinned in birch plywood and trimmed in VG fir. New cabinets were built. Since it’s completion it has been used  as a office –studio, and was later outfitted with a  full Unisolar panel  solar array. 

 

30 ft Spartan Mansion 1949

This trailer was renovated for living in full time. -  New rigid poly insulation was installed in walls and ceiling. The old birch plywood panels were removed ,refinished with BC water based varnish  finishes, and birch finn ply varnished floors were installed. A new window and cabinets were installed ,new lighting , wiring, and heating were added, and the aluminum  bathroom was refinished and the floor replaced. The exterior was re polished 

26 ft Overlander -1954

This vintage trailer has had birch wainscotting paneling added , new bamboo trim and T&G flooring installed. New bamboo cabinets  were built and the original galley and rear bedroom  cabinetry and closets were restored. The upper walls and ceiling  were repainted ,12w volt marine lighting was added, and a new heater and stove was installed onboard.
