 For Sale   - The 1974 Silverstreak

In 2002 we renovated this 28 ft Silverstreak.  Four months were spent gutting and rebuilding the interior completely. The bathroom was removed except for the bath. We built a rear bed and new closets,  added a work desk and sitting space, and re skinned the entire walls and ceilings  in birch veneer plywood’s and trimmed them  in vg fir. The original galley  cabinets were reskinned in T&G vg fir and  recycled stainless steel countertops were installed. A pergo birch colored floor was installed. Marine skylights were installed overhead and a new propane rv furnace was installed. The toilet is a port a potty and previously had a  Sunmar composting toilet installed. All the varnished wood is coated with BC water based finishes. This trailer has a rear bed and bath, a workstation desk and seating area, and a forward dinette sitting area.

 

 For Sale -    The 30 ft avion1964 vintage trailer

-  This trailer's renovation is near complete. It has the classic lines of an Airstream of mid fifties vintage with multi panels of aluminum front and back. It is anodized so does not require polishing.  With a wider profile in the curved roofline, it has more interior volume space than an Airstream,yet still has the curved walls and ceiling. This trailer has had marine finn five ply birch floors installed,varnished with BC water based varnishes. The original cabinets were stripped down and varnished with BC water based finishes. The galley counters were replaced with recycled stainless steel countertops. A new sink and faucet set was also installed. An apartment sized propane stove and oven was added. The original closets, cabintry and storage shelving were retained and restored with new knobs,vg facingds and trim,and new modern halogen lighting was added.Birch wainscotting, and bulkhead paneling and hem fir trim has been installed throughout the trailer. .
